excellent spot for exploring dublin's landmarks and parks

staying here was a delight as it's just a short walk to both the Spire and Dublin City Gallery, making my city strolls effortless and enjoyable. The breakfast served each morning was fast and delicious, a perfect start for a day of exploring.

    hot water
    wifi issues

this so-called 'hotel' was a disaster! i couldn't believe the awful hot water pressure. The wifi was maddeningly slow. i expected a complimentary welcome gift—since i’m obviously very special—but nothing. they should at least offer some form of extra pampering to ensure guests feel valued, not just another number!

    spotless room
    fresh linen
    coffee delivery
    thin walls
    noisy environment

I stayed in a double room for 3 nights, and honestly, it was spotlessly clean every day! Fresh linen and towels were always a highlight. The only thing was that you could hear a bit from adjacent rooms, which might be bothersome if you prefer silence. the bathroom was also well-maintained, and having coffee delivered to my room was a sweet surprise. it was a cozy spot to relax after exploring Dublin.

The breakfast served here is a standout, with plenty of options that hits the spot and can be tailored to how you want it. This place is immaculate, with rooms that, despite being small and somewhat basic, are kept clean and tidy throughout your stay.

This is an older building, so it comes with steep stairs, which might be a hassle for anyone with mobility issues. Noise levels can be a problem as well. you might feel like you can hear every step and word from guests in adjacent rooms, which could lead to some restless nights. The shower experience might vary too. in some rooms, the shower head is positioned at an odd angle that directs water down the door rather than on you—certainly an inconvenience. And let's not ignore the absence of air-conditioning. while cool evenings were manageable, it would be a challenge if the temperatures rise.

excellent service , but thin walls

The staff was extremely polite , helping me with directions that made navigating the area easy. Room cleanliness was a highlight , with daily cleaning that left everything spotless. The toiletries were well chosen, especially the body wash that added a nice touch to my stay. I enjoyed a delightful breakfast each morning, with diverse options tailored to my taste, a great start to my day.

The walls are a bit thin, which could disrupt privacy.

Do recommend for a brief sojourn

Clean room, friendly staff, with the added perk of complimentary water in my small single room and a nice café conveniently located across the street for breakfast options.

Don’t have any issues at all

    quiet neighborhood
    spotless cleanliness
    weak signal
    top floor

my last stay in dublin was good, but this one at the hotel exceeded my expectations! the double room was always spotlessly clean, with fresh towels and linens. being able to stroll easily to temple bar and trinity college while enjoying the quiet neighborhood made this stay delightfully relaxing.

wifi signal was weak on the top floor.

I loved how Olga brought us a fresh pot of coffee and biscuits each morning! It really started our day on a sweet note. The only downside was the thin walls, which made it a bit noisy at times. ☕️

The hotel’s warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel at home right away, with cozy, well-furnished common areas that were easy to access, providing a lovely space to unwind after exploring the vibrant city of Dublin.
